Inside Music Academy is a place to play and learn about classical music through a wide variety of in-person and on-line camps, workshops, lessons and seminars. Our Executive Director, Anthea Kreston, is first violinist of the Delgani String Quartet, is a Curtis Institute of Music graduate, and has performed on stages from Carnegie Hall to Tajikistan with artists such as YoYo Ma and within the Berlin Philharmonic. Dr. Jason Duckles, the Artistic Director of Inside Music Academy, is a veteran teacher of chamber music, cello, conducting and music subjects from ear training to music history and theory. Together they bring an effervescent joy to everything they do, and with our incredible faculty from around the world, we guide student young and old to find their passions. Our graduating students are now attending the Juilliard School, and The Hamburg Conservatory, and have been members of the National Youth Orchestra and Interlochen Center for the Arts.
Inside Music Academy has welcomed thousands of students (virtually and in-person) to have the opportunity to grow their passion for music. From The School of Chamber Music, Music Workshops, Inside Music Book Club and our IMA Camp in the Historic Majestic Theatre in the heart of Corvallis, Oregon, students of all ages enjoy the high level of teaching from our world-renowned faculty and an easy camaraderie that music provides.
